Bespoke Hog Roast catering
at H&D event catering, we provide more than just a hog roast. Our meats are slow roasted to our highly specialised specifications, to deliver the absolute best cuts possible, combining our love of real community driven street food and the desire to reach above and beyond the generally accepted standard for a traditional hog roast. We bring the best of the butchers cuts to your special day. Whether its a wedding, a birthday, or just a blazing hot Saturday and a lot of mouths to feed, we cater for all occasions.
Our team will be with you every step of the way from enquiry, through booking and getting every detail spot on, to coordinating on the day. With years of experience in service and hospitality, from running busy pubs, restaurants and food trucks, we have exactly what it takes to make a great day even better. Hog Roast packages
We cater to both private and corporate events, and have a variety of packages available. We can also cater to smaller events in certain cases.
Basic Hog Roast
Feeds 100 to 150 guests
Package includes:
A fresh 60kg pig, Rolls, Stuffing, Apple Sauce, Crackling, Gravy
For smaller parties, we also offer Roasting Joints, Pork, Beef or Lamb (minimum 60 guests)
All the necessary serving equipment (cutlery, plates, napkins, condiments etc) will be provided by our team
Traditional Carvery
Minimum 60 persons
Package includes:
Roasted meats of your choice, Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Yorkshire Puddings, Gravy, Cauliflower Cheese, Stuffing and Condiments
All the necessary serving equipment (cutlery, plates, napkins, condiments etc) will be provided by our team
BBQ Packages - Build your own package
Can cater to most party sizes, from small to large (ask for details)
All the necessary serving equipment (cutlery, plates, napkins, sauces, etc) will be provided by our team. For Chicken Skewer marinades and burger flavour selections, get in touch.
